Once your order is confirmed, delivery may take up to 3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you. Please note that orders placed around or during public holidays may take longer to process and ship.

At the moment, we only deliver to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, United Kingdom and Brunei.

In the near future, we will expand shipping to the following countries:
France, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Qatar, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.
• Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
No, deliveries are only made on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
• How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
• Why might my delivery take longer than expected?
