Once your order is confirmed, delivery may take up to 3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you. Please note that orders placed around or during public holidays may take longer to process and ship.

Delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on local and international customs clearance.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped only on business days. Expedited orders placed before 3 PM (UTC/GMT +8) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

At the moment, we only deliver within Singapore.

• Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

No, deliveries are only made on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

• How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

• Why might my delivery take longer than expected?

Delays may occur due to:

Customs clearance for international shipments

High order volumes during peak seasons

• Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
