  • Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can order without creating an account. However, creating an account will save your details, making future purchases quicker and more convenient.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex), as well as PayPal.

  • What exchange rate will apply to my payment?

Our default currency is SGD. You will be invoiced in your local currency based on your selected country. If you choose to pay in another currency, the exchange rate and any fees will be determined by your bank or credit card company at the time of purchase.

  • Why can’t I add an item to my shopping cart?

Please ensure you have selected all required options (e.g., size, colour, or design) before adding the product to your cart.

  • Who is responsible for taxes and duties?

Buyers are responsible for any applicable VAT or import duties as required by the destination country.

  • Why am I unable to check out or complete payment?

Checkout should be smooth, but if you encounter issues, please try the following:

  1. Ensure all required fields are correctly filled in, including billing/delivery address, contact number, and email.
    Note: The Security Code (CVV) is the last 3 digits on Visa/Mastercard or the 4 digits on Amex.

2. Confirm your card is enabled for online transactions.

3. Try using another payment card.

4. Use PayPal, or send us your order by email at servant@giftwella.com for a PayPal payment link. Please include:

a. Billing address for your card

b. Delivery address for your order

c. Full name

d. Contact number and preferred email

e. List of items (product design ID and quantity)

  • What happens if a product is out of stock?

Most of our products, including handmade items, are in stock. For large quantity orders, we will provide an estimated production and delivery date.

  • What if I paid for an item that turns out to be out of stock?

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable due to material shortages, we will notify you immediately by email. We will also prioritise restocking to fulfil your order as soon as possible.

  • Does Giftwella store my credit card details?

For your security, Giftwella does not store any card details in our system or elsewhere.

  • Which browsers work best for shopping on Giftwella?

We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or other major browsers for the best shopping experience.
