At giftwella.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for most items once they have been delivered or purchased.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept a return or exchange if:
• The item was damaged during shipment:
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for the replacement items to be sent to you and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
• You received the wrong item:
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or proof of purchase.
To Initiate a Return for a Damaged or Wrong Item:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
To return your product, please wait for our further instruction after the exchange is approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
